Owners: name, email address, phone number, identity document and utility bill. These documents are requested solely to verify the owner's identity and ownership of the property, and are never shared with third parties.
Visitors: name, email address and phone number provided during registration. We also collect contact requests sent to owners through the platform.
Data is used exclusively to: verify users' identity, enable contact between owners and visitors, and manage annual fee payments. We do not sell, transfer or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.
